Class Info:
The training will be one (1) day (4 hours), beginning at 1:00pm and lasting until approximately 5:00pm. All training will be held at the Spring Guns and Ammo Long Rifle Range, Magnolia, TX. Shooters will be engaging targets from approximately 5 yards to approximately 200 yards.

Goal: To provide relevant tactical shooting information and techniques to improve each shooters ability to make effective tactical rifle shots. The practical AR-15/carbine class will show the intermediate to advanced shooter how to “run their gun” to fullest of their abilities. The student will learn how to disassemble and reassemble their AR-15 style rifles. The principles of marksmanship and gun handling will be covered. Students will shoot from a variety of stationary positions as well as shooting on the move. Students will learn to use both their iron sights and optical sights (If attached). Malfunction drills and transition drills will be stressed.

Equipment needed:
Eye and ear protection, hat, chair, sun screen, snack
Weapon systems can include AR-15, AK47, Mini 14 or SCAR platforms.
Pistol able to be secured in a holster.
A sling will need to be available for use on the rifle. Sling will be used during transition drills
